Shuffler Support Ticket

 

1. Locate the Shuffler Support icon on the taskbar (located next to the clock on bottom right of screen).

2. Right click on the icon and select "Support Ticket" on the menu.

3. On the "Create Support Ticket" window, fill in the form with your information (i.e. email address, CC and subject). Send us as much information as possible in your email.

Guidelines:

Sometimes, a simple computer restart can solve basic problems. This allows the computer's memory to clear and may resolve the issue. However, some computer problems just won't go away so here is a guideline when creating a support ticket:

1. Use your own company email address on the "From:" field when creating a ticket.However, if you do not have your own company email address, you may use your own personal email address as well.

2. When creating a Subject, avoid headers such as "My computer is not working" or "Help". You can follow this format instead:

             a. <The software or hardware that your having issues with> , <brief description>
                          i. Examples:
                                       1. Outlook, not sending out emails or Outlook, won't open.
                                       2. I can not print on my printer (HP 3000)

3. Describe the issue that you are experiencing as concise as possible.

             a. Software or hardware that is having trouble
             b. Include error messages (if any)
             c. Prior software or hardware changes (if any)
             d. Any other troubleshooting done by you.

4. If you have multiple computer issues, it is best to create separate tickets for each.

5. You will be receiving a confirmation email from us once the ticket has been submitted so make sure to check your email for the status of your tickets. If you however did not get any confirmation email, please give us a call at (562) 283-2835.
