Remote Support Plan
This package includes help desk, remote troubleshooting and remote network monitoring and management. Additional services, including on-site visits, are charged on a per hour basis.

Comprehensive Support Plan
This package basically covers maintenance and repairs either remotely or on-site. It includes the remote support services mentioned above plus on-site repair/troubleshooting visits. Additional services such as new setup or reconfiguration are extra and are charged on a per hour basis.

Special Projects Package
Tasks that are outside the scope of the usual setup and maintenance are considered special projects. Clients with a monthly service contract with shuffler.com are given a discounted per hour rate depending on the type of services required.
